PERFECTLY PORTIONED

All of our meals contain 5oz of protein, 5oz of carbs, and 3oz of veggies. All food is weighed cooked to ensure complete nutritional precision.

Yes, we update our menu every every week. Rotating new freshly created meals & client favorites. 


Our standard pickup/delivery day is Monday each week between 2 PM to 6 PM.

Please place your order for Monday pickup/delivery by Saturday before 10:00 PM EST.


We are currently serving the South Miami area. Enter your address at checkout & see if you are within our delivery range. If you're not eligible for delivery, please get in touch with us at connect@privatemealprep.com to inquire.


Our meals last up to 5 days in the refrigerator after you receive them and in the freezer for up to 60 days.


Our meals can be heated in the microwave, on a skillet, or in an air fryer or oven.


For Microwave heating:

1.    Remove any condiments

2.    Microwave with lid on for 1.5-2 minutes.
*Microwaves below 1100 watts may require additional cook time to reach the proper temperature.


For Skillet heating:

1.    Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
2.    Add your meal.
3.    Heat for about 5-7 minutes or until the desired temperature.
4.    Add condiments.
